Employee Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

EMPLOYEE CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

IN THE JURIST BIRO WEB APPLICATION

 

I declare that I consent to my personal data being processed in the Jurist Biro business software in accordance with the applicable personal data protection act.

I declare that I have provided my data voluntarily.

I declare that I have been informed of, and consent to, my data in the software being managed by the employee responsible for working with the Jurist Biro business software.

I consent to my personal data being collected, stored and updated in the Jurist Biro account of the company I work for, or exported from the software in an appropriate format (Excel (XLSX), CSV), and to it being used exclusively for the purpose for which the data was collected.

I declare that I consent to my data being kept, processed and used for the following purposes:

• the ability to keep the employment-law status of employees / engaged personnel in software,
• the ability to produce employment-law documentation automatically in software,
• the ability to keep absence / working-time records in software,
• the ability to create Jurist Biro accounts for employees / engaged personnel, for the purpose of software “check-in” of working time / monitoring working-time records and submitting electronic absence requests / monitoring absence records.

The company Jurist Soft, as the Service Provider, and the Service User (the business entity in which the employee / engaged person works) guarantee all rights provided for by the personal data protection act.
