What a month of work in the program looks like: from setting up a new employee to the payroll export.
What a month looks like
A new employee is set up once: the data goes into the employee file, an employment contract is produced from it straight away using a template drafted by lawyers, and the equipment issued to them is recorded in their name. None of it is typed twice.
Through the month the program records arrivals and departures — from a phone, from a terminal at the entrance or by a manager's entry. A leave request goes to the manager for approval; once approved, the day balance reduces by itself and the decision is produced from the same request.
At the end of the month nothing is gathered: the timesheet and the attendance view are already there, and the payroll export is one click. Whatever was expiring — a fixed-term contract, probation, personal documents, a work permit — announced itself in advance, not after the fact.
Moving off spreadsheets
Employees are imported from the spreadsheet you already have, and the files are completed from there. Nothing has to be moved all at once and nothing starts from zero — most often the employee register comes over first, and working time is switched on from the next month.
For accounting agencies
An agency that does the same work for several employers works from one account and switches between them, with no separate login for each. Roles decide who sees what, so a manager at the client sees only their own team.
